Giro Child helmet Fixture MIPS II

A pure, high-performance road style at an affordable price, with all the features needed to set off on an adventure and conquer tough routes and winding roads.

The Giro helmets are designed for optimal energy absorption, while exceeding the most demanding safety standards. The Giro helmets equipped with integrated Mips® technology aim to reduce rotational forces while enhancing fit and comfort. This performance is achieved by combining the Mips slip plane with the helmet’s adjustable fit system. Giro believes that helmets equipped with this technology can reduce the rotational force that may be transferred to the rider's brain during certain impacts. For more information on Mips, check out the video above.

The molded construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the impact-absorbing foam lining of the helmet. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making molded helmets lighter and better ventilated than traditional helmets.

The Roc Loc® Sport adjustment system allows for easy one-handed use with a 7 cm adjustment range. The tactile and acoustic "click" lets cyclists know that the helmet is adjusting to their desired comfort level. With a comfort level similar to the Roc Loc 5 and the ability to accommodate a ponytail, the new Roc Loc Sport adjustment system adds high-end functionality to sports helmets.

Reflective details enhance visibility at night or in low-light conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by returning the light to the source to alert the driver of the concerned vehicle.
