Enduro Bearings Bearing Enduro 63801 Llu Max Bo

63801 LLU MAX - MAX - Design, Extra - Wide, ABEC-3, radial suspension bearing - 12mm x 21mm x 7mm Enduro Bearings pioneered MAX type bearings almost 20 years ago for bicycles to address the challenges associated with mountain bike pivots. MAX - type bearings provide 35 - 40% more load capacity than standard radial bearings by utilizing a special design where the maximum number of balls are inserted into the bearing, via a custom ground slot in the races. The additional balls, combined with deep race grooves in these bearings providing greater lateral support for the twisting and multi - directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This MAX - type, Black - Oxide, ABEC-3 bearing features deep - groove design races, with Grade 10 balls and full - contact, double - lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside and Black - Oxide/Magnetite coating provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extended worry - free performance. This bearing has been used as a suspension pivot bearing by a number of bicycle brands including Orbea. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high - carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic - hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual - lip seals that ride in a micro - groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
